Service description
WavyCom allows sending and receiving geolocated messages based on position, POIs, radius, duration and delivery rules. It includes local public chat, replies, reactions, friends, private chats, SOS, memos, wallet and administrative features.
Account and security
You must provide accurate data, keep credentials confidential and use a personal account. You are responsible for activities carried out through your account unless unauthorized use is promptly reported.
Credit, payments and invoices
The wallet is prepaid. Charges depend on radius, duration, recipients and applicable promotion rules.
Bonuses, discounts or promotional credit do not constitute an actual top-up unless otherwise stated. Invoices are issued according to the tax data provided and applicable law.
User content
You remain the owner of the content you publish, but you grant WavyCom the technical license needed to display, deliver, store, moderate it and send notifications.
You must not publish illegal, defamatory, threatening, discriminatory, unauthorized sexual, violent, fraudulent or spam content, personal data of others without a legitimate basis, or copyrighted material without authorization.
Geolocation and costs
Message delivery depends on the position reported by the device, the point selected on the map and users’ POIs. GPS, network, operating system or privacy setting errors may affect reception and estimated costs.
SOS
The SOS feature does not replace emergency numbers, public rescue services or healthcare assistance. In case of real danger, call the competent emergency services.
Improper use of the SOS feature may lead to account suspension and reports to authorities if necessary.
Suspension and moderation
We may remove content, limit features or suspend accounts in case of abuse, violation of terms, risk to users, fraud, legal obligations or service security.
Availability
The service may undergo maintenance, interruptions, errors or technical limitations. We will do our best to keep it safe and available, but we do not guarantee absolute continuity.
